Which Ecopark projects exist today?
Five published townships: Ecopark Van Giang (Hung Yen), Eco Central Park (Vinh, Nghe An), Ecorivers (former Hai Duong, now Hai Phong), Ecovillage Saigon River (Nhon Trach, Dong Nai) and Eco Retreat (Ben Luc, former Long An, now Tay Ninh).

What should I check before buying an off-plan Ecopark home?
The Department of Construction letter confirming the off-plan units are eligible for sale, a bank guarantee, the legal entity on the contract, and a deposit capped at 5%. See our legal checklist.
Can foreigners buy an Ecopark home?
Vietnam's 2023 Housing Law lets foreign individuals who are permitted to enter Vietnam buy commercial housing in approved projects, for up to 50 years with an extension. Whether a specific unit can be sold to a foreigner must be confirmed with the developer and the list of approved projects.
