Get the Ecopark price list on Zalo
Prices and sales terms for each Ecopark sub-zone change with every release, so the only reliable price list is the one the developer or an appointed agent issues on the day you ask. Fill in the three fields below and we will send it to you on Zalo.
How to get the price list
Pick a project, say whether you want to live there, invest, rent or simply see prices, and leave your Zalo number. You will receive the price list, payment schedule, current offers and available units in the release that is open. Every figure comes from the developer or an appointed agent; ecoparkvn.com never sets prices itself.
Visiting the show home and the site
- Book a time at the project sales gallery.
- Visit the site itself: check real construction progress, orientation and distance to amenities that are already open.
- Ask for the unit floor plan, a detailed price breakdown and the draft contract to read at home.
- Only pay a deposit after the legal checks below.
Legal checks before any deposit
- A letter from the provincial Department of Construction confirming your unit or tower is eligible for sale as off-plan housing (for homes not yet completed).
- A bank guarantee covering your unit.
- Since 1 August 2024, under Vietnam's 2023 Real Estate Business Law, a deposit may not exceed 5% of the price and the first instalment (deposit included) may not exceed 30% of the contract value.
- The legal entity signing the contract: many projects are held by a subsidiary, so match the name against the investment certificate.
